Harbor 9 Anthem Video
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Our team, Persistent Productions, is engaged to produce an Anthem Video for Harbor 9 Foundation (Name TBD). Included in this project is a cut down version of the long video into a more shareable, trailer sized version of the video.
The team at Harbor 9 will help to produce the production day by coordinating schedules with 'on camera talent' and reaching out to people to discuss the project as a whole.

Hero Video Process- Status Bar
Pre-Production
Meet with H9 to develop concepts for Hero Video (Deliverable #1)

Discuss script overview with H9 and create a production plan accordingly.

Schedule a filming day with the selected interviewees and film broll around Harbor 9 Location.
Production
Film at Harbor 9 during Production Day
Post Production
Editing begins on the footage from production day.

Next For P2:
Produce an overview of the Hero Video for Board Review:
This overview showcases the range of information that will be presented in the video and will include placeholders for who will speak to what topic during the video. The overview will start to identify specific scenes that will need to be captured and/or will need to be found from archival / stock imagery.
Next for Harbor 9:
Identify and communicate with the Various people identified during the conversations with P2 on March 11th.
Once connected with these people, connect P2 Team with them to discuss involvement.
